Portugal-based MSS Steel Tubes, a producer of cold-rolled steel tubing, has announced plans to build a $6 million manufacturing facility in Memphis, Tenn. This is the company’s first U.S. location.

The plant, which is expected to employ 129 people, will help the company serve its solar panel manufacturing customers in the U.S. Carbon Tube
